The committee may at any time demand inspection of the books, documents and other data carriers relating to the bankruptcy. The bankruptcy trustee is obliged to provide the committee with all information requested of him.
De commissie kan te allen tijde raadpleging van de boeken, bescheiden en andere gegevensdragers, op het faillissement betrekking hebbende, vorderen. De curator is verplicht aan de commissie alle van hem verlangde inlichtingen te verstrekken.
