The court or the supervisory judge may, upon the establishment of the provisional or definitive creditors' committee, adopt regulations regarding the working method of the creditors' committee. These regulations shall be made public in an appropriate manner.
After the establishment of the provisional or definitive creditors' committee, the court or the supervisory judge decides on the dismissal of members of the creditors' committee.
De rechtbank dan wel de rechter-commissaris kan bij het instellen van de voorlopige of definitieve schuldeiserscommissie een reglement vaststellen over de werkwijze van de schuldeiserscommissie. Dit reglement wordt op passende wijze bekend gemaakt.
Na het instellen van de voorlopige of definitieve schuldeiserscommissie beslist de rechtbank dan wel de rechter-commissaris over het ontslag van leden van de schuldeiserscommissie.
