Before giving a decision in any matter concerning the administration or the liquidation of the bankrupt estate, the court is obliged to hear the supervisory judge.

Alvorens in enige zaak, het beheer of de vereffening des faillieten boedels betreffende, een beslissing te geven, is de rechtbank verplicht de rechter-commissaris te horen.
