Legal actions which have as their purpose the satisfaction of an obligation from the estate may, during the bankruptcy, be instituted also against the bankrupt in no other manner than that specified in Article 110.
Rechtsvorderingen, die voldoening van een verbintenis uit de boedel ten doel hebben, kunnen gedurende het faillissement ook tegen de gefailleerde op geen andere dan een in artikel 110 bepaalde wijze worden ingesteld.
