The court declares the bankruptcy if it summarily appears that the conditions referred to in Article 22, paragraph 1, points a and b of the regulation on the recovery and resolution of central counterparties have been met.
De rechtbank spreekt het faillissement uit indien summierlijk blijkt dat is voldaan aan de voorwaarden, bedoeld in artikel 22, eerste lid, onderdelen a en b van de verordening herstel en afwikkeling centrale tegenpartijen.
