A decision taken in a home Member State other than the Netherlands to open liquidation proceedings with respect to an insurer is recognized by operation of law.
2.
The decision has legal effects within the Netherlands from the time that it has legal effects in the Member State of origin.

Een in een andere lidstaat van herkomst dan Nederland genomen beslissing tot opening van een liquidatieprocedure met betrekking tot een verzekeraar wordt van rechtswege erkend.
2.
De beslissing heeft rechtsgevolgen binnen Nederland vanaf het tijdstip dat zij rechtsgevolgen heeft in de lidstaat van herkomst.
