The curator shall regularly notify all known creditors in an appropriate manner of at least the progress of the proceedings.
De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. shall notify the supervisory authorities of the other Member States which so request of the course of the procedure.
De curator stelt alle bekende schuldeisers regelmatig op passende wijze in kennis van in ieder geval het verloop van de procedure.
de Nederlandsche Bank N.V. stelt de toezichthoudende autoriteiten van de andere lidstaten die zulks verzoeken in kennis van het verloop van de procedure.
