De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. sends a copy of its petition to the insurer and gives notice of the contents thereof to:
if it concerns an insurer with its seat in the Netherlands, the supervisory authorities of the other Member States where the insurer has a branch or to which it provides services from the establishments in the European Union;
if it concerns an insurer with its seat outside the European Union, the supervisory authorities of the other Member States to which it provides services from a branch office in the Netherlands and, if another supervisory authority in the European Union is charged with the supervision of the solvency margin of the insurer concerned, that supervisory authority.
De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. zendt een afschrift van haar verzoekschrift aan de verzekeraar en geeft van de inhoud daarvan kennis aan:
indien het een verzekeraar met zetel in Nederland betreft, de toezichthoudende autoriteiten van de andere lidstaten waar de verzekeraar een bijkantoor heeft of waarheen hij diensten verricht vanuit de vestigingen in de Europese Unie;
indien het een verzekeraar met zetel buiten de Europese Unie betreft, de toezichthoudende autoriteiten van de andere lidstaten waarheen hij diensten verricht vanuit een bijkantoor in Nederland en, indien een andere toezichthoudende autoriteit in de Europese Unie is belast met het toezicht op de solvabiliteitsmarge van de betrokken verzekeraar, die toezichthoudende autoriteit.
