The submission of a claim pursuant to Article 110 also entails the submission of a claim with respect to the interest on that claim accruing from the declaration of bankruptcy.
In derogation from Article 128, the claim relating to interest other than that secured by pledge or mortgage is also verified *pro memorie*.
De indiening op de voet van artikel 110 van een vordering houdt tevens in de indiening van een vordering met betrekking tot de interesten over die vordering die vanaf de faillietverklaring lopen.
In afwijking van artikel 128 wordt ook de vordering met betrekking tot de andere interesten dan die welke door pand of hypotheek zijn gedekt, pro memorie geverifieerd.
