Without prejudice to Article 14, paragraph 3, the bankruptcy trustee shall publish the extract of the judgment declaring the bankruptcy in the Official Journal of the European Union, as well as in at least two national daily newspapers of each Member State other than the Netherlands where the bank has a branch or to which it provides services.
In addition to the information referred to in Article 14, the curator states that Dutch law, subject to exceptions, is applicable.
The bankruptcy trustee may request that the bankruptcy be registered in a public register in another Member State.
The costs of registration pursuant to paragraph 3 are a debt of the estate.
Onverminderd artikel 14, derde lid, plaatst de curator het uittreksel van het vonnis van faillietverklaring in het Publicatieblad van de Europese Unie, alsmede in ten minste twee landelijke dagbladen van iedere andere lidstaat dan Nederland waar de bank een bijkantoor heeft of waarheen zij diensten verricht.
In aanvulling op de gegevens, bedoeld in artikel 14, vermeldt de curator dat het Nederlandse recht, behoudens uitzonderingen, van toepassing is.
De curator kan verzoeken dat het faillissement wordt ingeschreven in een openbaar register in een andere lidstaat.
De kosten van inschrijving op de voet van het derde lid zijn boedelschuld.
