The court pronounces the bankruptcy if it summarily appears that the conditions referred to in Article 18, paragraph 1, points (a) and (b), of the Single Resolution Mechanism Regulation have been met.
De rechtbank spreekt het faillissement uit indien summierlijk blijkt dat is voldaan aan de voorwaarden, bedoeld in artikel 18, eerste lid, onderdelen a en b, van de verordening gemeenschappelijk afwikkelingsmechanisme.
