After the expiry of the period for inspection referred to in Article 183, or after the pronouncement of the judgment on the opposition, the curator is obliged to make the determined distribution without delay. The distributions which have not been disposed of within one month thereafter, or which have been reserved pursuant to Article 189, shall be deposited by him into the judicial consignment fund.
Na afloop van de termijn van inzage, bedoeld bij artikel 183, of na uitspraak van het vonnis op het verzet, is de curator verplicht de vastgestelde uitkering onverwijld te doen. De uitkeringen, waarover niet binnen één maand daarna is beschikt of welke ingevolge artikel 189 gereserveerd zijn, worden door hem in de kas der gerechtelijke consignatiën gestort.
