The distribution list approved by the supervisory judge shall be available at the registry of the court for ten days for inspection free of charge by the creditors.
Written notice of the deposit shall be given through the care of the liquidator to each of the recognized and conditionally admitted creditors, as well as to the creditors referred to in Article 110, paragraph 3, stating the amount allocated to him.
Announcement of the deposit shall be made by the care of the curator in the newspaper or newspapers referred to in Article 14, while, in addition, written notice thereof shall be given to each of the recognized and conditionally admitted creditors, as well as to the creditors referred to in Article 110, paragraph 3, stating the amount allocated to him.
De door de rechter-commissaris goedgekeurde uitdelingslijst ligt gedurende tien dagen ter griffie van de rechtbank ter kosteloze inzage van de schuldeisers.
Van de neerlegging wordt door de zorg van de curator aan ieder van de erkende en voorwaardelijk toegelaten schuldeisers, alsmede aan de schuldeisers als bedoeld in artikel 110, derde lid, schriftelijk kennis gegeven, met vermelding van het voor hem uitgetrokken bedrag.
Van de neerlegging wordt door zorg van de curator aankondiging gedaan in het nieuwsblad of de nieuwsbladen bedoeld in artikel 14, terwijl daarvan bovendien aan ieder der erkende en voorwaardelijk toegelaten schuldeisers, alsmede aan de schuldeisers als bedoeld in artikel 110, derde lid, schriftelijk kennis wordt gegeven, met vermelding van het voor hem uitgetrokken bedrag.
