The claim for the dissolution of the composition is brought and decided in the same manner as is prescribed with respect to the petition for a declaration of bankruptcy in Articles 4, 6-9 and 12.
De vordering tot ontbinding van het akkoord wordt op dezelfde wijze aangebracht en beslist, als ten aanzien van het verzoek tot faillietverklaring in de artikelen 4, 6-9 en 12 is voorgeschreven.
