If a declaration of bankruptcy is pronounced on appeal or in cassation with the setting aside of a judgment or ruling whereby the declaration or petition for bankruptcy was dismissed, the registrar of the court that pronounces the bankruptcy shall give notice of that decision to the registrar of the district court where the declaration or petition was filed.
Wordt faillietverklaring in hoger beroep of in cassatie uitgesproken met vernietiging van een vonnis of arrest, waarbij de aangifte of aanvrage tot faillietverklaring werd afgewezen, dan geeft de griffier van het rechtscollege, dat de faillietverklaring uitspreekt, van die uitspraak kennis aan de griffier van de rechtbank, waarbij de aangifte of aanvrage is ingediend.
