The judgment of homologation that has become final and conclusive constitutes, in conjunction with the official report of the verification, for the benefit of the admitted claims, insofar as they have not been disputed by the bankrupt in accordance with Article 126, an enforceable title against the debtor and the persons who have acceded to the composition as sureties.
Het in kracht van gewijsde gegane vonnis van homologatie levert, in verband met het proces-verbaal der verificatie, ten behoeve der erkende vorderingen, voorzover zij niet door de gefailleerde overeenkomstig artikel 126 betwist zijn, een voor tenuitvoerlegging vatbare titel op tegen de schuldenaar en de tot het akkoord als borgen toegetreden personen.
