On the appointed day, a written report is presented at a public hearing by the supervisory judge, and each of the creditors may, in person, by a proxy authorized in writing or by an attorney, set forth the grounds on which he desires the homologation or opposes it.

The bankrupt is also competent to act in defense of his interests.

Op de bepaalde dag wordt ter openbare zitting door de rechter-commissaris een schriftelijk rapport uitgebracht, en kan ieder der schuldeisers in persoon, bij schriftelijk gemachtigde of bij advocaat de gronden uiteenzetten, waarop hij de homologatie wenst of haar bestrijdt.
2.
De gefailleerde is mede bevoegd, tot verdediging zijner belangen op te treden.
