For the adoption of the composition, the consent is required of the simple majority of the recognized and conditionally admitted unsecured creditors appearing at the meeting, who together represent at least half of the amount of the recognized and conditionally admitted claims not covered by priority.
Tot het aannemen van het akkoord wordt vereist de toestemming van de gewone meerderheid van de ter vergadering verschenen erkende en voorwaardelijk toegelaten concurrente schuldeisers, die tezamen ten minste de helft van het bedrag van de door geen voorrang gedekte erkende en voorwaardelijk toegelaten schuldvorderingen vertegenwoordigen.
