When the consultation and voting on the agreement, pursuant to the provisions of the preceding article, are postponed to a subsequent meeting, written notice thereof shall be given without delay by the bankruptcy trustee to the recognised or conditionally admitted creditors who did not appear at the verification meeting, stating the summary content of the agreement.
Wanneer de raadpleging en stemming over het akkoord, ingevolge de bepalingen van het voorgaande artikel, worden uitgesteld tot een nadere vergadering, wordt daarvan door de curator onverwijld aan de niet op de verificatievergadering verschenen, erkende of voorwaardelijk toegelaten schuldeisers schriftelijk kennis gegeven onder vermelding van de summiere inhoud van het akkoord.
