If during the liquidation assets arise which are of such a magnitude that from the proceeds thereof unsecured claims can also be satisfied in whole or in part, the supervisory judge (rechter-commissaris) shall determine that a verification meeting (verificatievergadering) shall nevertheless be held and shall fix for this purpose the day, hour, place and manner in which the meeting is to be held, in accordance with Article 80a, as well as the final day on which the claims must be submitted. Article 108 applies.
The curator shall immediately give notice of the order referred to in the preceding paragraph to all known creditors and shall publish an announcement thereof in the Government Gazette.
The fifth, sixth and seventh sections are applicable.
Indien tijdens de vereffening baten opkomen die van zodanige omvang zijn dat uit de opbrengst daarvan ook concurrente vorderingen geheel of gedeeltelijk kunnen worden voldaan, bepaalt de rechter-commissaris dat alsnog een verificatievergadering wordt gehouden en stelt daartoe dag, uur, plaats en wijze waarop wordt vergaderd, overeenkomstig artikel 80a, vast, alsmede de dag waarop uiterlijk de vorderingen ingediend moeten worden. Artikel 108 is van toepassing.
De curator geeft van de in het vorige lid genoemde beschikking onmiddellijk aan alle bekende schuldeisers kennis en doet daarvan aankondiging in de Staatscourant.
De vijfde, zesde en zevende afdeling zijn van toepassing.
