Article 117

The obligations of the bankrupt referred to in Article 116 rest, in the event of the bankruptcy of a legal entity, upon each of the persons referred to in Article 106, paragraphs 1 and 2, if they are summoned by the bankruptcy trustee to attend the verification meeting.
Paragraph 1 applies mutatis mutandis to a general partnership (vennootschap onder firma) and a limited partnership (commanditaire vennootschap).
De in artikel 116 bedoelde verplichtingen van de gefailleerde rusten bij het faillissement van een rechtspersoon op elk van de in artikel 106, eerste en tweede lid, bedoelde personen als zij door de curator worden opgeroepen tot bijwoning van de verificatievergadering.
Het eerste lid is van overeenkomstige toepassing op een vennootschap onder firma en een commanditaire vennootschap.
