The bankruptcy trustee is, after obtaining the advice of the creditors' committee, if any, and subject to the approval of the supervisory judge, authorised to enter into settlement agreements or compromises.
De curator is, na ingewonnen advies van de schuldeiserscommissie, zo die er is, en onder goedkeuring van de rechter-commissaris, bevoegd vaststellingsovereenkomsten of schikkingen aan te gaan.
