The bankruptcy trustee is authorised, according to the circumstances, to pay out a sum to be determined by the supervisory judge to provide for the maintenance of the bankrupt and his household.
De curator is bevoegd naar omstandigheden een door de rechter-commissaris vast te stellen som ter voorziening in het levensonderhoud van de gefailleerde en zijn huisgezin uit te keren.
