The principal shall owe a fee to the healthcare provider, except to the extent that the latter receives a fee for his activities pursuant to the provisions of or by virtue of the law, or if the agreement provides otherwise.
De opdrachtgever is de hulpverlener loon verschuldigd, behoudens voor zover deze voor zijn werkzaamheden loon ontvangt op grond van het bij of krachtens de wet bepaalde dan wel uit de overeenkomst anders voortvloeit.
