The lessor is obliged to make the leased property available to the lessee and to leave it at the lessee's disposal insofar as this is necessary for the agreed use.
De verpachter is verplicht het verpachte ter beschikking van de pachter te stellen en te laten voor zover dat voor het overeengekomen gebruik noodzakelijk is.
