After a resolutive condition has been fulfilled, the creditor is obliged to undo the performances already rendered, unless the contrary ensues from the content or nature of the legal act.

If the obligation to undo extends to the return of an asset, the natural fruits separated or civil fruits that have become exigible after the fulfillment of the condition shall belong to the debtor, and Articles 120-124 of Book 3 shall apply mutatis mutandis with regard to what is provided therein concerning the reimbursement of costs and of damages, insofar as those costs and those damages have arisen after the fulfillment.

Nadat een ontbindende voorwaarde is vervuld, is de schuldeiser verplicht de reeds verrichte prestaties ongedaan te maken, tenzij uit de inhoud of strekking van de rechtshandeling anders voortvloeit.

Strekt de verplichting tot ongedaanmaking tot teruggave van een goed, dan komen de na de vervulling van de voorwaarde afgescheiden natuurlijke of opeisbaar geworden burgerlijke vruchten aan de schuldenaar toe en zijn de artikelen 120-124 van Boek 3 van overeenkomstige toepassing met betrekking tot hetgeen daarin is bepaald omtrent de vergoeding van kosten en van schade, voor zover die kosten en die schade na de vervulling zijn ontstaan.
