Article 6:124

If the obligation is satisfied in currency other than that in which it is payable, as a result of the application of Articles 121, 122, or 123, or due to conversion into a claim for damages in accordance with the provisions of Section 9 of Title 1, the conversion shall be effected at the rate of exchange of the day on which payment takes place.
Wordt de verbintenis als gevolg van toepassing van de artikelen 121, 122 of 123 of van omzetting in een vordering tot schadevergoeding overeenkomstig het bepaalde in afdeling 9 van titel 1 voldaan in ander geld dan tot betaling waarvan zij strekt, dan geschiedt de omrekening naar de koers van de dag waarop de betaling plaatsvindt.
