If Section 2 or 3 of Title 18 of Book 1 has been applied in respect of the deceased, the periods referred to in paragraph 1 of Article 28, paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 31, the second sentence of the first paragraph, the first sentence of the second paragraph and the first sentence of the third paragraph of Article 37, as well as the fourth paragraph of Article 38, shall run from the day on which the order referred to in Article 417, paragraph 1, or Article 427, paragraph 1, of Book 1, respectively, has become final (in kracht van gewijsde).
Indien ten aanzien van de erflater afdeling 2 of 3 van titel 18 van Boek 1 is toegepast, lopen de termijnen, genoemd in lid 1 van artikel 28, de leden 2 en 3 van artikel 31, de tweede zin van het eerste lid, de eerste zin van het tweede lid en de eerste zin van het derde lid van artikel 37, alsmede het vierde lid van artikel 38 vanaf de dag waarop de beschikking, bedoeld in artikel 417 lid 1 onderscheidenlijk artikel 427 lid 1 van Boek 1, in kracht van gewijsde is gegaan.
