A person to whom a right as referred to in Articles 29 to 33 inclusive, 35, 36 and 38 belongs and who is not an heir, has the same powers as are granted to a forced heir (legitimaris) in Article 78.
Degene aan wie een in de artikelen 29 tot en met 33, 35, 36 en 38 bedoeld recht toekomt en niet erfgenaam is, heeft dezelfde bevoegdheden als in artikel 78 aan een legitimaris worden toegekend.
