The following shall be separately included under financial fixed assets:
shares, depositary receipts for shares and other forms of participation in group companies;
other participations;
claims against group companies;
claims against other legal persons and companies which have a participating interest in the legal person or in which the legal person has a participating interest;
other securities
other claims, with separate mention of claims arising from loans and advances to members or holders of registered shares.
Onder de financiële vaste activa worden afzonderlijk opgenomen:
aandelen, certificaten van aandelen en andere vormen van deelneming in groepsmaatschappijen;
andere deelnemingen;
vorderingen op groepsmaatschappijen;
vorderingen op andere rechtspersonen en vennootschappen die een deelneming hebben in de rechtspersoon of waarin de rechtspersoon een deelneming heeft;
overige effecten;
overige vorderingen, met afzonderlijke vermelding van de vorderingen uit leningen en voorschotten aan leden of houders van aandelen op naam.
