Unless the articles of association provide otherwise, the supervisory board is authorized to suspend any director at any time.
2.
The suspension may be lifted at any time by the general meeting, unless the power to appoint the directors is vested in the supervisory board.

Tenzij bij de statuten anders is bepaald, is de raad van commissarissen bevoegd iedere bestuurder te allen tijde te schorsen.
2.
De schorsing kan te allen tijde door de algemene vergadering worden opgeheven, tenzij de bevoegdheid tot benoeming van de bestuurders bij de raad van commissarissen berust.
