Articles 63f up to and including 63j apply to a legal person in respect of which a statement as referred to in Article 63b has been registered for a continuous period of three years. This period shall be deemed not to have been interrupted if a cancellation of the statement, which occurred erroneously during that period, has been undone.
The cancellation of the registration on the ground that the legal person no longer satisfies the conditions of Article 63b, paragraph 2, shall only cause the applicability of Articles 63f up to and including 63j to terminate if, after the cancellation, three years have elapsed during which the legal person has not again been obliged to make the notification.
The cooperative or mutual insurance society shall bring its articles of association into conformity with Articles 63f to 63j inclusive which apply to it, at the latest with effect from the day on which those articles become applicable to it pursuant to paragraph 1.
De artikelen 63f tot en met 63j zijn van toepassing op een rechtspersoon waaromtrent een in artikel 63b bedoelde opgaaf gedurende drie jaren onafgebroken is ingeschreven. Deze termijn wordt geacht niet te zijn onderbroken, indien een doorhaling van de opgaaf, welke tijdens die termijn ten onrechte heeft plaatsgevonden, ongedaan is gemaakt.
De doorhaling van de inschrijving op de grond dat de rechtspersoon niet meer voldoet aan de voorwaarden van artikel 63b lid 2 doet de toepasselijkheid van de artikelen 63f tot en met 63j slechts eindigen, indien na de doorhaling drie jaren zijn verstreken waarin de rechtspersoon niet opnieuw tot de opgaaf verplicht is geweest.
De coöperatie of onderlinge waarborgmaatschappij brengt haar statuten in overeenstemming met de artikelen 63f tot en met 63j welke voor haar gelden, uiterlijk met ingang van de dag waarop die artikelen krachtens lid 1 op haar van toepassing worden.
