With regard to the performance of duties by directors, the provisions of Articles 131 and 138, paragraph 1 and paragraphs 3 to 10 inclusive, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
With regard to the performance of duties by directors, the provisions of Article 138, paragraph 2, and Article 139 shall apply mutatis mutandis in the event of:
an association whose articles of association are contained in a notarial deed and which is subject to corporation tax; or
an association which is required by or pursuant to the law to prepare a financial accountability statement that is equal or equivalent to annual accounts as referred to in Title 9.
With respect to the performance of duties by supervisory directors, the following shall apply mutatis mutandis:
the provisions of paragraph 1 and paragraph 2, on the understanding that in paragraph 2, Article 150 shall be read instead of Article 139; and
the provisions of Article 9.
Ten aanzien van de taakvervulling door bestuurders vindt het bepaalde bij de artikelen 131 en 138 lid 1 en leden 3 tot en met 10 overeenkomstige toepassing.
Ten aanzien van de taakvervulling door bestuurders vindt het bepaalde bij de artikelen 138 lid 2 en 139 overeenkomstige toepassing in geval van:
een vereniging waarvan de statuten zijn opgenomen in een notariële akte en die aan de heffing van vennootschapsbelasting is onderworpen; of
een vereniging die bij of krachtens de wet verplicht is een financiële verantwoording op te stellen die gelijk of gelijkwaardig is aan een jaarrekening als bedoeld in titel 9.
Ten aanzien van de taakvervulling door commissarissen vindt overeenkomstige toepassing:
het bepaalde in lid 1 en lid 2, met dien verstande dat in lid 2 voor artikel 139 moet worden gelezen artikel 150; en
het bepaalde in artikel 9.
