The association referred to in Article 360, paragraph 3, shall ensure that the prepared annual accounts, the management report and the information to be added pursuant to Article 392, paragraph 1, are available at its office as from the date of the notice convening the general meeting intended for the consideration of the annual accounts. The members may inspect the documents there and obtain a copy thereof free of charge.
De vereniging, bedoeld in artikel 360 lid 3, zorgt dat de opgemaakte jaarrekening, het bestuursverslag en de krachtens artikel 392 lid 1 toe te voegen gegevens vanaf de oproep voor de algemene vergadering, bestemd tot behandeling van de jaarrekening, te haren kantore aanwezig zijn. De leden kunnen de stukken aldaar inzien en er kosteloos een afschrift van verkrijgen.
