Article 1:155

In the event of divorce and insofar as one spouse has accrued pension entitlements after the conclusion of the marriage and before the divorce, the other spouse has a right to pension equalisation in accordance with the provisions of or pursuant to the Pension Equalisation upon Separation Act, unless the spouses have excluded the applicability thereof in the manner provided for in this Act.
In geval van echtscheiding en voor zover de ene echtgenoot na de huwelijkssluiting en voor de echtscheiding pensioenaanspraken heeft opgebouwd, heeft de andere echtgenoot overeenkomstig het bepaalde bij of krachtens de Wet verevening pensioenrechten bij scheiding recht op pensioenverevening, tenzij de echtgenoten op de wijze voorzien in deze Wet toepasselijkheid daarvan hebben uitgesloten.
