After the dissolution of the community, each of the spouses has the authority to take over the clothes and jewelry intended for his or her use, as well as his or her professional and business equipment and the papers and memorabilia belonging to his or her family, against the appraised value.

Na de ontbinding der gemeenschap heeft ieder der echtgenoten de bevoegdheid de te zijnen gebruike strekkende kleren en kleinodiën, alsmede zijn beroeps- en bedrijfsmiddelen en de papieren en gedenkstukken tot zijn familie behorende, tegen de geschatte prijs over te nemen.
