Article 1:455

The person for whose benefit the mentorship (mentorschap) has been established is, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 172 of Book 6, liable for all debts arising from juridical acts performed by the mentor in his capacity in the name of the person concerned.
Degene ten behoeve van wie het mentorschap is ingesteld, is, onverminderd het bepaalde in artikel 172 van Boek 6, aansprakelijk voor alle schulden die voortspruiten uit rechtshandelingen die de mentor in zijn hoedanigheid in naam van de betrokkene verricht.
