The privileges and immunities necessary for the exercise of the tasks and the achievement of the objectives of the Organization shall be laid down in a protocol to be concluded between the High Contracting Parties.
The Organization may enter into supplementary agreements with one or more of the High Contracting Parties in connection with the establishment of parts of the Organization on the territory of that State or those States, in order to implement, with respect to that State or those States, the provisions of the protocol established in accordance with the first paragraph, as well as to make other arrangements to ensure the proper functioning of the Organization and to safeguard its interests.
De voorrechten en immuniteiten welke nodig zijn voor de uitoefening van de taken en het bereiken van de doelstellingen van de Organisatie worden vastgelegd in een tussen de Hoge Verdragsluitende Partijen te sluiten protocol.
De Organisatie kan met een of meer der Hoge Verdragsluitende Partijen aanvullende overeenkomsten aangaan in verband met de vestiging van onderdelen van de Organisatie op het grondgebied van die staat of die staten, teneinde met betrekking tot die staat of die staten uitvoering te geven aan de bepalingen van het overeenkomstig het eerste lid vastgestelde protocol, alsmede andere regelingen treffen ter waarborging van een goede functionering van de Organisatie en ter beveiliging van haar belangen.
