If evidence is submitted to Our Minister that the other nationality or one of the other nationalities has been lost, he shall send a certified copy thereof to the authority that received the option declaration.
The authority that has received the option declaration, to which the proof of the loss of another nationality is submitted, shall send a certified copy thereof to Our Minister.
Our Minister or the authority referred to in the second paragraph shall also send a certified copy to the authority responsible for maintaining the data in the basic administration (basisadministratie) concerning the person whose loss of that other nationality is concerned.
The authority referred to in the third paragraph shall promote, insofar as applicable, that the loss of the other nationality or nationalities is processed in the relevant basic administration.
Wordt Onze Minister het bewijs overgelegd dat de andere nationaliteit of een der andere nationaliteiten is verloren, dan zendt hij een gewaarmerkt afschrift daarvan aan de autoriteit die de optieverklaring in ontvangst heeft genomen.
De autoriteit die de optieverklaring in ontvangst heeft genomen, aan wie het bewijs van het verlies van een andere nationaliteit wordt overgelegd, zendt een gewaarmerkt afschrift daarvan aan Onze Minister.
Onze Minister dan wel de in het tweede lid bedoelde autoriteit zendt tevens een gewaarmerkt afschrift aan de autoriteit die verantwoordelijk is voor het bijhouden in de basisadministratie van de gegevens over de persoon wiens verlies van die andere nationaliteit het betreft.
De in het derde lid bedoelde autoriteit bevordert, voor zover van toepassing, dat het verlies van de andere nationaliteit of nationaliteiten in de desbetreffende basisadministratie wordt verwerkt.
