Unless he decides otherwise due to the circumstances of the case, Our Minister shall, after the expiry of the period specified in the first paragraph of Article 30b, proceed to the revocation of the decision by which the Netherlands nationality was acquired.
Tenzij hij wegens de omstandigheden van het geval anders beslist, gaat Onze Minister na verloop van de in het eerste lid van artikel 30b bepaalde termijn over tot de intrekking van het besluit waarbij het Nederlanderschap is verkregen.
