The registrar of births, deaths, marriages and registered partnerships shall, unless compelling reasons prevent this, perform without delay the duties required for the maintenance of the registers.
De ambtenaar van de burgerlijke stand verricht, tenzij gewichtige redenen zich daartegen verzetten, onverwijld de werkzaamheden vereist voor het houden der registers.
