in forceAPPEAL AGAINST THE DECISION OF THE COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE
The appeals committee shall render its decision as soon as possible.
The decision of the appeals committee shall provide for the full or partial:
inadmissibility of the appeal;
confirmation of the decision of the complaints committee, either by adopting or by amending the grounds;
annulment of the decision of the complaints committee.
If the provisions of the second paragraph, under (c), apply, the appeals committee shall do what the complaints committee ought to have done.
With regard to the decision of the appeals committee, Article 65, paragraph 2, first and third up to and including fifth sentence, paragraphs 4 and 7, and Article 66, with the exception of paragraph 5, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
De beroepscommissie doet zo spoedig mogelijk uitspraak.
De uitspraak van de beroepscommissie strekt tot gehele of gedeeltelijke:
niet-ontvankelijkverklaring van het beroep;
bevestiging van de uitspraak van de beklagcommissie, hetzij met overneming, hetzij met verbetering van de gronden;
vernietiging van de uitspraak van de beklagcommissie.
Indien het bepaalde in het tweede lid, onder c, toepassing vindt, doet de beroepscommissie hetgeen de beklagcommissie had behoren te doen.
Ten aanzien van de uitspraak van de beroepscommissie zijn de artikelen 65, tweede lid, eerste en derde tot en met vijfde volzin, vierde en zevende lid, en 66, met uitzondering van het vijfde lid, van overeenkomstige toepassing.
