1.
Pending the decision on the complaint, the chair of the appeals committee may, at the request of the complainant and after having heard the head of the institution, suspend the execution of the decision to which the complaint relates, either in whole or in part.
2.
The presiding judge shall notify the head of the institution and the complainant thereof without delay.

Hangende de uitspraak op het klaagschrift kan de voorzitter van de beroepscommissie op verzoek van de klager, na het hoofd van de instelling te hebben gehoord, de tenuitvoerlegging van de beslissing waarop het klaagschrift betrekking heeft geheel of gedeeltelijk schorsen.
2.
De voorzitter doet hiervan onverwijld mededeling aan het hoofd van de instelling en de klager.
