The right of the person being cared for to the inviolability of his body, the substances separated from his body, his clothing, and his personal living space may be restricted in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
The right of the person placed at the disposal of the government to the inviolability of his body may be restricted in accordance with the provisions of Article 30.
Het recht van de verpleegde op onaantastbaarheid van zijn lichaam, de van zijn lichaam afgescheiden stoffen, zijn kleding en zijn persoonlijke verblijfsruimte kan overeenkomstig de bepalingen van dit hoofdstuk worden beperkt.
