Treatment of the patient shall only take place:
insofar as this is provided for in the treatment plan
if the consultation regarding the treatment plan as referred to in Article 16, paragraph 1 or 4, has led to an agreement, and
if the person being cared for or—where applicable—the person referred to in Article 16, paragraph 4, does not object to the treatment.
Behandeling van de verpleegde vindt slechts plaats:
voor zover deze is voorzien in het behandelingsplan
indien het overleg over het behandelingsplan als bedoeld in artikel 16, eerste of vierde lid, tot overeenstemming heeft geleid, en
indien de verpleegde of -indien van toepassing- de in artikel 16, vierde lid, bedoelde persoon zich niet tegen behandeling verzet.
