Our Minister and the juvenile may lodge an appeal against the decision of the complaints committee referred to in Chapter XIIIA. Chapter XIV shall apply mutatis mutandis, with the exception of Article 75, paragraph 2.
Tegen de uitspraak van de beklagcommissie bedoeld in hoofdstuk XIIIA kunnen Onze Minister en de jeugdige beroep instellen. Hoofdstuk XIV is van overeenkomstige toepassing, met uitzondering van artikel 75, tweede lid.
