There is a supervisory committee for transport, which has been established by Our Minister.
The task of the supervisory committee for transport is:
to supervise the implementation of the transport of juveniles by Our Minister;
to take cognizance of the grievances brought forward by the juvenile regarding the transport by Our Minister;
to ensure the handling of complaints pursuant to the provisions of Chapter XIIIA;
to provide Our Minister and the Council with advice and information regarding the matter referred to under (a).
Rules regarding the powers, composition, and working methods of the committee, as well as the appointment and dismissal of its members, shall be established by Order in Council.
Er is een commissie van toezicht voor het vervoer, die door Onze Minister is ingesteld.
De commissie van toezicht voor het vervoer heeft tot taak:
toezicht te houden op de uitvoering van het vervoer van jeugdigen door Onze Minister;
kennis te nemen van door de jeugdige naar voren gebrachte grieven betreffende het vervoer door Onze Minister;
zorg te dragen voor de behandeling van klaagschriften ingevolge het bepaalde in hoofdstuk XIIIA;
aan Onze Minister en de Raad advies en inlichtingen te geven omtrent het onder a gestelde.
Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur worden regels gesteld over de bevoegdheden, de samenstelling en de werkwijze van de commissie en de benoeming en het ontslag van haar leden.
