The director may suspend the enforcement of an authorisation as referred to in Article 6.1.2 of the Youth Act (Jeugdwet), if the enforcement is no longer necessary to prevent the youth from withdrawing from the care they require or from being withdrawn therefrom by others. The suspension may be revoked if it appears that the enforcement is necessary to prevent the youth from withdrawing from the care they require or from being withdrawn therefrom by others.
A decision to suspend or revoke shall not be taken until the director has consulted with the certified institution concerned and the Child Care and Protection Board (Raad voor de Kinderbescherming) in that regard.
The director shall notify the certified institution and the Child Care and Protection Board (Raad voor de Kinderbescherming) of a decision to suspend or revoke.
De directeur kan de tenuitvoerlegging van een machtiging als bedoeld in artikel 6.1.2 van de Jeugdwet schorsen, als de tenuitvoerlegging niet langer nodig is om te voorkomen dat de jeugdige zich aan de zorg die hij nodig heeft onttrekt of daaraan door anderen wordt onttrokken.
