If Section 3.4 is applicable to the preparation of one of the decisions, that section is applicable to the preparation of all decisions, with due observance of the following:
the making available for inspection required pursuant to Articles 3:11 and 3:44, paragraph 1, point a, shall in any event take place at the office of the coordinating administrative authority;
The coordinating administrative authority shall ensure that the opportunity to put forward views orally is provided with respect to the drafts of all decisions jointly;
Views may in any event be put forward to the coordinating administrative authority;
If views may be submitted by anyone regarding the draft of one of the decisions, this shall equally apply with respect to the drafts of the other decisions;
the communications, notifications and transmissions required pursuant to that section and section 3.6 shall be effected by the coordinating administrative authority;
all decisions shall be taken within the time limit that applies to the decision with the longest decision period;
The day of making available for inspection at the coordinating administrative authority is decisive for the commencement of the time limit for appeal pursuant to Article 6:8, paragraph 4.
If Section 3.4 does not apply, the preparation shall take place with the application or analogous application of Section 4.1.2 and parts b up to and including f of paragraph 1 of this Article.
Indien op de voorbereiding van een van de besluiten afdeling 3.4 van toepassing is, is die afdeling van toepassing op de voorbereiding van alle besluiten, met inachtneming van het volgende:
de ingevolge de artikelen 3:11 en 3:44, eerste lid, onderdeel a, vereiste terinzagelegging geschiedt in ieder geval ten kantore van het coördinerend bestuursorgaan;
het coördinerend bestuursorgaan draagt er zorg voor dat de gelegenheid tot het mondeling naar voren brengen van zienswijzen wordt gegeven met betrekking tot de ontwerpen van alle besluiten gezamenlijk;
zienswijzen kunnen in ieder geval bij het coördinerend bestuursorgaan naar voren worden gebracht;
indien over het ontwerp van een van de besluiten zienswijzen naar voren kunnen worden gebracht door een ieder, geldt dit eveneens met betrekking tot de ontwerpen van de andere besluiten;
de ingevolge die afdeling en afdeling 3.6 vereiste mededelingen, kennisgevingen en toezendingen geschieden door het coördinerend bestuursorgaan;
alle besluiten worden genomen binnen de termijn die geldt voor het besluit met de langste beslistermijn;
de dag van terinzagelegging bij het coördinerend bestuursorgaan is bepalend voor de aanvang van de beroepstermijn ingevolge artikel 6:8, vierde lid.
Indien afdeling 3.4 niet van toepassing is, geschiedt de voorbereiding met toepassing of overeenkomstige toepassing van afdeling 4.1.2 en de onderdelen b tot en met f van het eerste lid van dit artikel.
