The decisions are applied for simultaneously as far as possible, provided that the last application is submitted no later than six weeks after receipt of the first application.
The applications shall be submitted to the coordinating administrative authority. The coordinating administrative authority shall, immediately upon receipt of the applications, send a copy thereof to the competent administrative authorities.
If an application for one of the decisions is missing, the coordinating administrative authority shall provide the applicant with the opportunity to submit the missing application within a time limit to be determined by the coordinating administrative authority. If the missing application is not submitted in time, the coordinating administrative authority is authorised to leave this section unapplied with respect to certain decisions. In that case, for the application of time limits regulated by statutory provision, the time at which the decision is made to leave it unapplied is equated with the time of receipt of the application.
The statutory regulation referred to in Article 3:21, paragraph 1, point a, may provide that the application for a decision shall not be processed if the application for another decision has not also been submitted.
De besluiten worden zoveel mogelijk gelijktijdig aangevraagd, met dien verstande dat de laatste aanvraag niet later wordt ingediend dan zes weken na ontvangst van de eerste aanvraag.
De aanvragen worden ingediend bij het coördinerend bestuursorgaan. Het coördinerend bestuursorgaan zendt terstond na ontvangst van de aanvragen een afschrift daarvan aan de bevoegde bestuursorganen.
Indien een aanvraag voor een van de besluiten ontbreekt, stelt het coördinerend bestuursorgaan de aanvrager in de gelegenheid de ontbrekende aanvraag binnen een door het coördinerend bestuursorgaan te bepalen termijn in te dienen. Indien de ontbrekende aanvraag niet tijdig wordt ingediend, is het coördinerend bestuursorgaan bevoegd om deze paragraaf ten aanzien van bepaalde besluiten buiten toepassing te laten. In dat geval wordt voor de toepassing van bij wettelijk voorschrift geregelde termijnen het tijdstip waarop tot het buiten toepassing laten wordt beslist, gelijkgesteld met het tijdstip van ontvangst van de aanvraag.
Bij het in artikel 3:21, eerste lid, onderdeel a, bedoelde wettelijk voorschrift kan worden bepaald dat de aanvraag voor een besluit niet wordt behandeld indien niet tevens de aanvraag voor een ander besluit is ingediend.
